AED123 has now saved 5 Lives

Our AEDs have now saved 5 lives. The fifth save came 3 weeks ago, when a gentleman collapsed at a hotel and rescuers used an AED to revive him.
 
It was a textbook save. His heart had stopped beating. Responders grabbed the AED and attached it to his chest. The AED issued a shock, and the man’s heart started to beat again.
 
“Lives saved” is the first metric on our performance dashboard. We are in this business to save lives, and we enthusiastically celebrate each save. We’re proud to have helped save these first 5 lives, and we’re just getting started!
