Initiation Fee Options

$249 Standard Initiation Fee (includes new Haws 7501 Eyewash Station)
$0 Takeover Fee (customer must have existing 9-gallon station in good condition with a 3" screw cap; photo of station must be approved by AED123 operations team for takeover)

Monthly Service Fee

$41 per month, per location
(volume discounts are available)

* Fee for customers without monthly AED service is $49 per month, per location.
