Initiation Fee Options

$249 Standard Initiation Fee (includes new Haws 7501 Eyewash Station)

$0 Takeover Fee (Customer must have an existing 9-15 gallon eyewash station in good condition with a 3-inch screw cap. A photo of the station must be submitted to and approved by the AED123 Operations Team before takeover.)

Monthly Service Fee

$41 per month, per location
(volume discounts are available)

* Fee for customers without monthly AED service is $49 per month, per location.
