North Texas Tollway Association (NTTA)

The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) maintains and operates toll roads, bridges, and tunnels in the North Texas area. A non-profit organization, the NTTA employs more than 700 employees across dozens of North Texas facilities.

Business Challenge

The NTTA is committed to providing a comfortable and safe work environment for its employees, while staying within its budget. The NTTA has more than 50 AEDs and First Aid Centers that require monthly maintenance, and they needed a reliable partner to ensure the AEDs are always compliant and ready for use, while ensuring First Aid Centers are always stocked and clean.

AED123 Solution

AED123 visited all NTTA locations to log existing equipment into its database, and AED123 worked with NTTA to define exactly which products and quantities should be stocked in each First Aid Center. AED123 also installed new AEDs and First Aid Centers where required. AED123 now visits each location monthly to service the AEDs and clean and replenish each First Aid Center .
